Aretha Franklin's first post-surgery sit-down interview will be on the “Wendy Williams Show.”

Williams will have the exclusive first in-person, sit-down interview with Aretha. It will take place in Aretha's Detroit home. Besides the interview, Aretha and Wendy will be hitting the gym. Aretha said that she wants to maintain her post-illness weight.

The interview should air next week on Wendy's show.
