Elon Musk either has, or will shortly, terminate some of those associates on Twitter who were moderators. No matter what he claims his intentions are, free speech, for one, don't believe him. He doesn't care what people Tweet, as long as Twitter becomes a money maker. To this end, he will permit Republicans to lie like hell, and be as morally degenerate as they want. His accountants are looking at the numbers. The more followers Tom Fitton has, or Tulsi Gabard, the better it is for business. He's raising the $5 for being verified to $20 per month. It's all about the money. He will ruin it of course, that's because he's the Chief Twit. For those who don't know, he did Tweet that now he's the Chief Twit. I don't think he knows just what a Twit is.


    And, as I said, the election draws nigh. Because of this, every wannabe political pundit is going to be citing polls. Believe them not. Do not believe that America is more concerned in the economy and crime than it is the flipping of Roe. Polls create drama. Drama means clicks on media websites, and that generates a corporate desire to purchase ad space. And so, you'll see headlines such as "Walker leads Warnock by 3%." It's all horseshit.

    So I see Elon is now saying he'll drop the charge for the blue check on Twitter to $8 per month, however he's hinting that anyone and everyone who subscribes will be certified, whether they're bots or not.


    Ovcer 900,000 mail-in ballots have been received in PA, the vast majority being from registered Democrats. This does not mean Republicans aren't voting for Shapiro and Fetterman, there's been a lot of ad space bought buy Republicans urging members of their party to vote Blue, mostly because Mastriano and Oz are such losers.

    The GOP isn’t even trying to hide it any longer; if you are a Democrat and beaten with a hammer it’s a plus for the Party of Hate.
    Is Maya Rudolph trying to be as thirsty as Madonna? It seems she recently complained in a WSJ interview that David Letterman made her feel “embarrassed and humiliated" during a 2009 interview when he mispronounced her name.
    Rudolph didn’t say a word in 2009, ‘10, ‘11, ‘12, ‘13, ‘14, ‘15, ‘16, ‘17, ‘18, ’19, ‘20, or ‘21 but in 2022 she tells the tale?
    PS Letterman apologized for the mistake in … wait for it … 2009.
    In an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity, Doctor Quackers AKA GOP Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz criticized his Democratic opponent John Fetterman over his “radical” views on crime and his faltering performance during the live televised debate on October 25:
    “This is important: We do not have a Republican senator north of North Carolina on the Atlantic coast until you get to Maine, if I don’t hold this seat.”
    Perhaps Oz was confused and thinking of the New Jersey Atlantic coastline since he lives in that state.

    Apparently Goodwill sent a memo out to their stores, instructing them to remove all Yeezy items because they don’t want to be associated with him in any way. In addition, Yeezy products cannot be sent to eCommerce, eCommerce will not sell any Yeezy products online, stores/boutiques are to immediately remove any and all Yeezy products from store shelves. They will also have to be placed in trash bags, and outlets are to remove any Yeezy coming through the “tippers” daily.

    Five days from the midterms and both parties believe they'll be victorious. Will there be chaos on November 8? Do not disregard in the least the anger of election deniers if their party loses. For them, The Big Lie is everything. Segments of the Christian population are devolving. They have become a cult that will have no problem doing what ever Trump asks of them. January 6 may have only been foreshadowing. His pundits, Ingraham, Carlson, Hannity, on Fox, have no problem in both inciting and justifying violence. They do not understand that America will fight back. People might die. And for Donald Trump, a MAGAs death demonstrates the greatest loyalty he could ever wish for.

    The midterms are approaching. I find it fascinating that over 1 million people have already voted by mail in Pennsylvania. This means it's going to take a while to get all of our votes counted. From what I'm seeing, 70% of those are Democratic. This is what Republicans hate. They also hate early voting. They have this belief that only patriotic Americans will vote, no matter how difficult they make it. These beliefs not only hurt many different voters, most especially senior citizens, a group tending to be conservative. Of course, you know Republicans will blame the Democrats if their senior citizen votes decline. They are the party of blame.


    We do need to steel ourselves because, should they lose on Tuesday, they will turn into the party of rage. They, like their orange assed savior will be very upset that American has rejected them.

    Lindsey Graham Embraces Trumpian Election Denialism in Alarming Comments







    If Republican Nevada Senate candidate Adam Laxalt loses to Democratic Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, then it’s fraud, Sen. Lindsey Graham [[R-SC) [[former Junior Miss) flatly announced during a Republican conference call as votes were still being counted.
    Politico’s Natalie Allison and Zach Montellaro reported on the call in a Friday report on midterm race outcomes that remain undecided.

    “There is no mathematical way Laxalt loses. If he does, then it’s a lie,” Graham said on a called hosted by Republican National Senatorial Committee chairman Sen. Rick Scott [[R-FL).
    Former President Donald Trump previously took to Truth Social to claim without evidence that there could be voting fraud occurring in Nevada.
    Laxalt’s race has not been officially called and votes are still being counted in Nevada’s largest county. Laxalt was only leading Cortez Masto by roughly 9,000 votes on Friday midday, leaving plenty of room for Cortez Mastro to catch up and even surpass the Republican.

    Also discussed in the Republican Party conference call was the Georgia Senate runoff race between Republican Herschel Walker and Sen. Raphael Warnock [[D-GA). Republicans have faced some significant midterm losses, leading to a hyper-focus on Walker’s race in Georgia.
    Graham and fellow Republican Newt Gingrich reportedly said on the call that both Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis [[R) will be giving Walker support in the coming weeks. Sen. Rand Paul [[R-KY) will also be working on winning over libertarian support.
    In a Fox News appearance on Thursday, Graham ripped Walker’s critics, claiming the former football player is being targeted to “stop people of color being a conservative Republican.”
    “They’re trying to destroy Herschel Walker to deter young men and women of color from being Republicans. If they destroy Herschel it will want to stop people of color from being a conservative Republican, because it destroys your life,” the senator said.

    Right now the count for Senators is even, each party having 49. It's quite likely the Democrats will win one, possibly two, more. That would be nice. It's not quite as nice as having a majority to codify laws on abortion and marriage, but it's nice. As for the House, in the past the midterms had the president's party losing 40 to 50 seats. If Republicans do manage to get control, the number will be small, possibly 10 or less, which is not what they wanted.


    Kevin McCarthy, who chose to hang onto Trump's nether region like a starving sucker fish, will never be Speaker of the House. His decision to shit on Democracy has turned him into not only a failure, but a pariah for those Republicans looking for someone to blame. The MAGA base has turned on him. The same thing is true for McConnell. Their political lives are over.


    It will be interesting to see how the Republicans will proceed if they do manage to wrest control of the House from the Democrats. I wonder how many of them have come to terms with the fact that America has just rubbed their noses in Trump's shit. Remember, Republicans in general struggle with their 2 dimensionality. Stefanik from New York is stuck in the past. She was already Tweeting that Trump will again be a candidate for president. He's having some sort of flash and bank shit show on November 15, probably to make his announcement. When he does, that will end the Republican party because he is all they have.

    Democrat Katie Hobbs defeats MAGA favorite Kari Lake in high-stakes race for governor in Arizona

    Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has defeated Republican Kari Lake in Arizona's race for governor, NBC News projected Monday.
    Hobbs' victory is key for Democrats in a presidential battleground state and a rebuke to a prominent election denier — although the closeness of the contest left the result up in the air for nearly a week.
    “I am honored to have been selected to serve as the next Governor of Arizona,” Hobbs said in a statement Monday night. “I want to thank the voters for entrusting me with this immense responsibility. It is truly an honor of a lifetime, and I will do everything in my power to make you proud.”

    A record number of early ballots were dropped off on Election Day in Maricopa County, officials said, which had to be processed in a more time-intensive manner that includes signature verification. Maricopa, the state's most populous county, said Sunday that it estimated that its count was 94% complete after it received a historic 290,000 of those early ballots on Election Day.


    Lake, a MAGA firebrand and former local newscaster who closely linked her campaign to former President Donald Trump and his false claims of a rigged election in Arizona, ultimately fell short after polling in the final weeks of the campaign suggested she was grabbing the lead from Hobbs, who as secretary of state in 2020 vocally defended the state's election system and the accuracy of the count.
    Hobbs’ low-key approach contrasted sharply with that of Lake, who seemed omnipresent on the trail. Lake’s television charisma boosted her in the race but did not appear to make up for voter concerns over her positions on the 2020 election and abortion rights and how closely she aligned herself with the former president, who saw independent voters in the state abandon the Republican Party during his presidency, allowing President Joe Biden to flip the once-ruby-red state.
    The stakes were high. Arizona presented perhaps the greatest chance for an election-denying candidate to win a swing-state governor’s race this fall, with the winner having a direct role in the state’s certification of the 2024 presidential vote.
    But Arizona was subjected to some of the highest inflation rates anywhere in the country, and voters were also concerned over high levels of undocumented immigrants crossing into their state from Mexico. In the closing weeks of her campaign, Lake focused on the economy, education and crime rather than her push to change election laws.
    Still, election administration took center stage in the final days of the campaign, on Election Day itself and in the days that followed as election officials faced a series of snafus and votes took days to count at a slow pace. Lake and other statewide GOP candidates blasted the process, with some suggesting without evidence that nefarious activity was afoot.
    At her election night event, Lake said, “We had a big day today, and don’t let those cheaters and crooks make you think anything different,” adding that she predicted victory “within hours.”
    “We will declare victory, and we will get to work turning this around,” she said.

    Arizona Democrats, who boosted Lake during her primary, had hoped that her refusal to moderate her stances, which include declaring an invasion at the southern border and to enforce new abortion bans following the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade in June, would help Hobbs court independent voters. In Arizona, voters are essentially split into thirds, among Republicans, Democrats and independents.

    So, the results are nearly all in for the 2022 midterms. This was an historic election for Democrats. We grew our governorships. We didn't lose horrifically in the House. In the Senate, depending upon how the Georgia runoff goes, it's possible we will have 51 seat majority. Now, wouldn't that be nice. More importantly, the Republican party is approaching clusterfuck status. Donald J. fucking Trump did not come through for them. In fact, he was a drag. So was abortion. In Pennsylvania, 57% of the women voted for Fetterman, that alone was enough to get him across the winner's line.


    One of the many things this election did was the GOP, the party that loves to say "shut up, we're in charge," is that a majority of Americans do not want them in charge. Their candidates stayed mum on the abortion issue because that thing they thought a majority of Americans would cherish, pissed Americans off instead. They need to keep their socially conservative beliefs, like their religion, to themselves. Lucky for America, the party is continuing to descend into chaos. The small question is will they learn from this. Probably not. The Orange Anus is probably going to announce his candidacy this evening and a majority of MAGA males will enjoy a premature ejaculation. Al Jazeera has a nice take on his bid, they suggest he will take his party to the brink. I understand CNN was the only media outlet to carry the entire length of his speech live. That shows you how far CNN has fallen. The Guardian says the only reason he's running is to try and stay out of jail. Even Fox news cut away for their' 'journalists' to discuss his announcement. The Murdoch news organizations have already switched their loyalty to DeSantis. The problem with the GOP is that Donnie, the Orange Anus, has a large MAGA following, probably about 2/3 of the Republican Party who will lavish every turd of untruth he spits out with praise, before they swallow them whole. And a large majority of Americans, around 64% are saying "what the fuck." Prepare for a vicious [[and bloody) Republican civil war. This is going to get good.

    Here’s a little something to remember … as Kevin McCarthy appears set to retake the Speaker of the House position he Tweeted:

    “In just 47 days, House Republicans will have the gavel, and we will be prepared to hold the Biden administration accountable from day one. Our investigations are just getting started.”
    Anyone else notice he said nothing about the “border crisis” or the “inflation crisis” or the “fentanyl epidemic” or any of the other crises the GOP has been blathering about for months?
    Anyone else notice that all McCarthy wants to do is punish the Democrats and if anyone still believes the GOP doesn’t put themselves over the country ask yourself what they are doing for you cuz, last time I checked, looking for Hunter Biden’s laptop isn’t gonna bring down the cost of milk.
    Also as soon as they take control of the house next year, Republicans will kill a special committee focused on climate change, according to Louisiana Representative Garret Graves, the top GOP member of the House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis:

    “The climate crisis committee will not exist. I don’t think that’s really consistent with what we are going to be focused on.”

    The Earth will freeze and burn and everyone will die, but the GOP wants that damned laptop!
    And then add this to the mix … the GOP has blamed early voting, mail-in voting, women voting, young people voting, too many people voting for their lack of a Red Surge earlier this month. The GOP blames everyone but themselves for their own failures so, again, ask yourself why they want to limit how and when and where we vote if they aren’t trying to cheat.

    Remember Florida’s Fascist Governor Ron DeSantis and his publicity stunt of flying migrants from Texas to Martha’s Vineyard because he is pandering for power?
    Well, think on this … Florida taxpayers paid for those human trafficking charter flights to the tune of $1.5 million and yet the private jets chartered by the contractor, Florida-based Vertol Systems Company, cost roughly $153,000 for two charter plane trips from San Antonio to Martha’s Vineyard.
    That leaves about $1.4 million in Florida taxpayer funds unaccounted for.
    So let ask this question … what happened to the money? Did Ron DeSantis not think his own state, subsequently hit by Hurricane Ian which left the Gulf Coast devastated, could have used that money? Or is he just another poser running for President?
    Virginia Governor, and Republican because, of course, Glenn Youngkin won his 2020 election by promising to ban anti-racist curriculum from schools. Recently his Secretary of Education, Aimee Rogstad Guidera, consulted conservative think tanks when rewriting the state’s history and social studies curriculum and suggested deleting references to Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth, one mention of President Barack Obama, and suggested referring to Indigenous people as “America’s first immigrants.”

    Erasing history so white people might feel comfortable. Ain’t that America.

    Retribution, and Thoughts, and Prayers



    So, tomorrow's Thanksgiving. This is supposed to be a time when friends and family gather. Of course, we know that's not going to be happening for a growing number of families. Yesterday was just another day of the week when it comes to mass shootings. First there was QClub, now a Walmart. I haven't seen any Conservatives sending thoughts and prayers yet this morning, but it's only a matter of time. People will ask what's wrong with America? The answer is simple. Conservatives. They are desperate to dictate how America lives it's lives and they realized a long time ago, the only way this is going to happen is if they build a coalition of disparate groups: the Evangelicals, the fiscal conservatives, the Qs, and the 2nd amendments loyalists. In order to keep that coalition together, they try and give these groups everything they want, and always at the expense of others. This is the only way conservatives can win. We've started shutting them down, and we must continue because they will never learn.
    And, as you might expect, Kev McCarthy, standing on the boarder, told America that after the Republicans take control of the House, there's a good possibility they will impeach Mayorkas. The party that can only say 'no' when they're not in power, needs to hand out a little retribution to keep their base happy. If that retribution happens to benefit them politically, well, so much the better. Conservatives need their dead horse to kick. The base loves it. Retribution helps keep their coalition together. They need to continue fomenting anger against the party in power. That and Hunter Biden's laptop; this will be their Benghazi for the next 2 years.
