    Surely this track is about resisting peer pressure.

    The sad thing about peer pressure is that it’s self-made and self-defeating.

    Maybe the Joneses did get a new car today, but does anyone really care?

    And if you do get a new car in response to the Joneses, then who are you trying to impress and why are you trying to impress anyone in the first place? The people that you are trying to impress don’t actually exist.

    The most impressive people that I know tend to be those who are comfortable in their skins with nothing to prove. They are just themselves and we all benefit from that.
