I am from the UK and this is the history of my order, hopefully it will help anyone who still hasn't heard anything.

4th Dec - Ordered the set online, just got a Paypal receipt with an invoice ID Ref. on it.
21st Dec -E-mailed help@fhcustomercare.com which was on Paypal receipt.
27th Dec - Received from Udiscovermusicus, shipping & confirmation details.
28th Dec - Received from FH Customer care a reply with DHL Tracking Number.
30th Dec - arrived at Heathrow and has been in Customs Clearance since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
