The name of the song is 'Black Power' & the clip is from a 3-part German mini series titled '11 Uhr 20' from 1969.

I should say that this features the clip & a pretty nice quality clip of the song. This is Donna's first recording song & was produced & written by Peter Thomas. This song went unreleased until a 1998 compilation of his work called 'Moonflowers And Mini-Skirts', included the song.

For what it's worth, the title of the show is literally translated '11 o'clock 20'.
