Followed the game updates on the computer but not on TV. Holding firm to avoiding the NFL. I did watch the Fins' debacle on Thursday and the Birds sad effort last Sunday night. I still love my teams but it's possible that I've seen the last game this season. Well, at least until Atlanta plays Dallas in a couple weeks...

Roethlisberger was closer to waiting than many know. I'll bet his wife is sweating over his multiple concussions and the news that almost all NFL players end up with some level of CTE. People want to see their kids grow up and he has two young ones.

She must be a keeper. She tamed him in short order. I like Coach Tomlin, but he puts his guys out too soon after concussions, in my opinion. Still waiting for Hines Ward and Troy Polamalu to go full Junior Seau in the future, although they were two of my favorite players. I saw them stagger off the field many times only to return a week or so later.
