Edwin Starr Lyric Question

On most of his songs, Edwin is very easy to understand. But I do have one question about the great song "My Weakness is You."

What is the three or four word phrase that he says at the very beginning? It sounds something like "It's All Over" or "It's All Right" or something similar.

I think it's made MORE confusing by the existence of [[at least) two different versions of the song...

In the first one I think it's "It's alright..."
In the second one Edwin doesn't sing it at all!!

The single release doesn't have the 'It's all right' at the beginning, and indeed has a different lead vocal from that found on most compilations. I prefer the single version, probably because it's the first version I heard. It's the version on Ace's Soul Master CD
