I was looking something up in Motown, the Golden Years by Bill Dahl and I saw where David Alston's Mahogany Archives was mentioned frequently throughout the entire book and associated pictures.

Would someone enlighten me as to David Alston and the Mahogany Archives? Is there a museum or something similar for inspection?
