Yes she is. A true Motown survivor. Long may she be with us.

Thank you dear sharpmoves this was the best start to a morning and yes Martha Reeves is a great story teller and motowns greatest historian IMO and mr Gordy knows this. Shes always allows full access to the Motown Museum and they love her there. She truly is tithe First Lady of Motown IMO and Motowns greatest ambassador IMO. Thank my dear for sharing this.

yours, with every good wish and Happy New year.

    God bless you.

Hey Marv: Have you ever been the benefactor of Martha's informal museum tours?

No. I use to work there before Martha started coming by. Once the museum had become well known to the public I was already living in Boston.

We had arranged to meet Martha, and a Museum visit, on our trip to Detroit.
Unfortunately she had to go to LA for the funeral of Mary Wilson's son . We did meet her on her return and she took us to an amateur night rehearsal she was involved with.
The next day she intended to take us to Hitsville but was called in by local radio, so we never got a tour with her. Shame
