What they really want are slaves or indentured servants. Just like in the long ago past. They want people to take care of their kids, homes, lawns. They want people that will work for whatever they can get in restaurant kitchens, factories and out on farms picking produce. They want people to beg for their crumbs and will do whatever they are told.
