The current regularity in which these incidents happen seems too much to be a coincidence to me.

Here's another, more complete footage from the car that hit the suspect. And, frankly, I find it miraculous that the man is OK and will live.

The speed in which the cop was driving when he plowed into that guy makes no sense. What if there was an innocent bystander that came out of nowhere. He would not have been able to stop. Also, was he trying to kill that guy by using his police car?

Apparently, according to an article in the Huffington Post or the New York Times, the cop who ran him down is known as "Robo-Cop".
