Technically the song is Mos Def's "You Are Undeniable [[Amerigo Remix)" but Marvin is obviously the star...I barely realized until I googled it that it was a [[very heavy) sample.

Doubt it. They didn't sue Amerigo and Mos for those two great mixtapes mixing Marvin with Mos' songs. The Robin thing is a whole different matter altogether.
