I had to google the author having never heard of him. Seems the guy has written mostly on
rock and punk artists and interviewed folks like Keith Richards for differnent media. I'll have to
how he writes on funk. If the library picks up this book I'll definitely read it; I rarely buy books
these days unless it's something I feel I almost "must" own...
