I felt like I was being channelled.

What a coincidence. I listened to the album just yesterday morning. There's not much more I can add except that it's one of the best 70s albums ever, and a better Chic Organization production than the Diana Ross album!

You're right! There isn't a single clunker on the album. It's 100% solid. I wouldn't change a single thing.

Great article on a great recording. Even Nile Rodgers said that this was he and Bernard's best production overall. I posted a link of the article on their facebook fan page Sister Sledge: Legacy of Love. Debbie and Kathy Sledge are on the page quite often.
