Ivy Jo is perhaps better known as a writer & producer for Motown acts but he could sing too. This track has been hidden away on YT and other places for years. Reel Music are issuing his 'lost' Motown album 'Ivy Jo is in this Bag' in 2011.

I'm really looking forward to the Ivy Jo album - and of course the two Blinky albums. Well done, Reel Music.

Its a great song but this version sounds more like the writer's demo rather than the finished product.
It does however have a 'direct urgency' that would probably be lost in a more polished version.

Yes, I believe that it's just a demo and sadly won't be on the album.
