God, I bought All these issues at the time. Kept them for ages, but now lost in the many, many moves from house to house over the years. Found a few though, going through old boxes etc..Didnt seem important then to keep, or indeed care of what a treasure they would be in the future, as in NOW.Also, lost all my Jet, Blackstars, Ebony....all that SOCIAL HISTORY gone, because I didnt appreciate at the time how important it would be in this place and time, and especially for the future of those that will have to carry on, to ensure the legacy will NEVER be forgotten...PAULO XXXX

Hi Jim, thanks for posting that Undisputed Truth pic - my copy of that issue has a piece missing from the back cover. You sure keep your mags in good condition

If you're open to requests something I'm missing is the Rare Earth interview from issue 144.

I'd LOVE to see David Nathan's epic Aretha Franklin articles, they were in 3 or 4 issues around no. 230 - I think I lost a box of mags during a move as all my copies of
issues from around that time are missing. It's probably the best coverage of her Columbia period I've seen anywhere. It's a big job but it'd be well worth doing.
Thanks for all the time you've taken doing these scans. I've often wondered why B&S don't issue a DVD of all the back issues - if they kept the price down to a
reasonable level I'm sure it would sell well - maybe they haven't thought about it.

Is there someone who is a good cut and paster who can put Miss Diana Ross back together again? Her lower extremities just do not look right juxtaposed below Eddie Kendrick's upper?
