People have the right to dress the way that they want barring anything that openly exposes in public their actual genitalia
and styles of expression have changed and been criticiqued all the way back to the 30's an 20's.
That said,
Good for the silly mutha plucka! Good for his ass! I'll bet at least this fool will pull up his pants from now on. I'm sick and
tired of seeing folks funky BVDS or Fruit of the Looms in the subways, streets or serving lines in Applebees while I'm
trying to choose my damn entree or deserts! Shoot him again...
