I haven't read the book yet, but the author was the tape librarian [[then, Fran Heard) for Motown. A truly remarkable and orginized woman who I was privelaged to know and work with during my time at Motown. I wrote about her in my book, "The Road Through Motown". I'm sure her book is an interesting read. Fran was with the company practically from day one.
