Was the song [[WHO'S THE FOOL) ever released? And or why do two different records have the same record number?

The reason I ask is because the record number is the same as [[WHAT MAKES YOU LOVE HIM).
They both are on TAMLA #54030. Also both records has [[THE CHILD IS REALY WILD) on side 2. Please help.

[[WHO'S THE FOOL) was written by Smokey. And produced by Berry Gordy.

The original release of Tamla 54030 coupled "What Makes You Love Him" with "That Child Is Really Wild", but Berry Gordy had a last minute change of heart and put it out with "Who's The Fool" as the plug side while retaining the original flip and record number. This turned out to be a good move as "Who's The Fool" made the R & B top 30.

Both were released and made it to record shops for significant sales. "That Child Is Really Wild" is much rarer.
