80 Year Old Petula Clark Still Releasing New Music!

I was a bit startled to learn that Petula Clark was still recording at age 80. Here's her latest release. Check it out:

It was released last year on what was [[as I understand it from her website) a French language CD. "Cut Copy Me" was one of two English language songs on the release. And it IS a terrific song.

Did you catch her on Jools Holland New Years Eve show, here in UK?

She was on the same show as Bettye L.,

Both of those songs were terrific. Thanks for sharing them here. Pet looks and sounds terrific. She proves that age is only a number.

She lost a bit of my respect. She won't allow the mono mixes of her hits to be reissued. No reason why. The project was finished, then she killed it.

Loved her since Downtown. Very nice song. Got to see her in the mid 80s and she was amazing. She took requests and someone asked for "Kiss Me Goodbye". They didn't have the music so she did it acapella beautifully. A lady in front of me said she would have paid more to see her show. She's quite a trooper.
