    Personally, I thought Streisand's version was better. The Fifth Dimension did a better version too. And I knew Touch Me Jesus was the Blossoms and not Glasshouse? Catch up Luke.

    I think The Blossom's version is WAY better in every way EXCEPT the intro. The intro of Streisand's version is catchier... but that's a producer thing, nothing to do with the signer. I find Streisand's vocal style too formal and regimented for such fare.

    I think Streisand did a wonderful job on this song and I consider hers to be the definitive version BUT this is a good version its just a little muddled. Jill I liked Barbara singing it in her regimented way i think it adds to the flavor of it.
