I remember seeing this back in 1991…it was some random tv special honoring artists of the early rock and r and b era. I was a huge fan of En Vogue at that time and tuned it to watch their performance. They sure delivered and Dionne’s speech was heartfelt and pure class. I’ve been searching for it periodically on youtube and it finally turned up.
