Exclamation Listen up: Web users may lose their internet in July

And to discover if you have the problem and to fix the problem: http://www.dcwg.org/

Mac users are not safe from this, either.

I checked my machines and I am apparently safe.

I spoke to someone at Apple Tech Support today and they said Mac user don't have to worry. However, in reading the newspaper articles I'm not so sure.

    Houston, we have a problem....
According to dns-ok.gov I'm green but it directed me to the fbi's website saying I could still have a virus and after
using the fbi's own service I find out today that I have no dns servers at all, now how the hell do I fix that?
A further check told me to check my settings for HTTP port 80 and HTTPS 403. Anybody know where I'd find them?
    WTF......

To answer your last question......HTTP port 80 is the default port that we all use to get to the World Wide Web.....what most people refer to as the Internet. It is the street on the internet that the Browsers drive on.

403 is a return code when you try to access a web site that is blocking you.....Usually it is accompanied by a message that says, "Client does not have permission to access the requested source."

Unless you're typing IP addresses to access SDF and whatever else you can see on the web, your DNS servers are working just fine.

Pls send me a private message or email if you have more questions or concerns........geek over and out.
