prayers go out to Julius Green of The Mad Lads

Just learned that a good friend of mine Julius Green [[original Mad Lad) has been diagnosed with lung cancer . Please pray for him and Corinne during this most difficult time. If anybody wants to write him a message on here I'll pass it along to him.

That guy who is leading the song looks like that guy Sam that replaced John Gary Williams when he went in the service. I took a picture with that guy at Ms. Pearl's house behind the Uptown Theater. Ms. Pearl used to cook dinners when the Rock N Roll shows were in town. So he is not the original lead singer of the song. Just read some of the comments and I'm right.

    Wishing him the best.
Here in the UK we are getting lots of pub sportsmen [[darts & snooker players who were professionals on the circuit back in the 1970's / 80's) coming down with lung cancer. Many of them didn't smoke themselves but spent every night in pubs / halls surrounded by chain smoking fans.
It's a lot better now that smoking in buildings has been totally banned.
