Why do people pick the nose in public

What your opinion on this.

Over here I find that men are the worse. They just don't care if anybody is watching them. Morning noon or at night. The other day I was travelling home on the train when this man was in front of me. He pick his nose when he realise that I looking in his direction. So he pick his ears eyes touch his hair. Then rub his face then started to pick his nose. Nasty

I guess they do it because they can and don't care how they look to others. Their mommy and daddy never taught them how to respect others and how to act with courtesy. Just watch out! They might flick a booger on you!

It starts when we are very young, after our Mother stops using that booger sucker. Then, somewhere along the way, we stop eating it.... thinking THAT is the only disgusting part.
