I think Georgianna Tillman was the Marvelette for the first three years. Georgia Dobbins wrote Please Mr Postman but left the group before they actually recorded.

Hey Midnight, Georgia Dobbins did not record with the group but she did co-write "Postman" she was replaced by Wanda Young. The late Geogeanna Tillman was the 5th Marvelette.

Great re-mix of "The Boy From Crosstown"! It shows the intricate layering of the instruments and the layering of voices. You can hear Katherine and Wanda very clearly in the background and the Andantes doing small parts just sweetening the harmony.

Been in and out of the room, listening when I can - if you haven't already played these songs could you try to squeeze in "I Want A Guy" and "Knock On My Door". Thanks

I can never understand why oldies stations never play "Playboy". It was #7 POP and #4 R&B.

This remix of "Too Many Fish In the Sea" is awesome!! Did you do this one, Midnight Johnny? Superb! Especially the isolated vocals at the beginning. Real cool! I heard something that almost sounded like Gladys was laughing?? Or maybe it was my stomach? lol.
