    i have a maple tree from vermont,not sure if that didnt break some euro nazi regulation!but is ace reds and yellows.my mum has a contraband canadian maple and that goes bright red.only this year did it in august!btw we arent some kind wierd of smugglers!try hiding a maple tree in your pocket!

    The perfect time of the year. The tourists have pretty much packed it in, allowing us locals to get to the lake or into the mountains without tripping over herds of Seattleites who don't know how to act in a rural setting.....

    Please do, and identify the location of the pictures.

    Took a nice ride today to Ellensburg [[WA) over Blewett Pass. The aspen were out in all their glory. I love this time of year, with the added cavet that I don't have much of a yard to rake.

    The first one is a grouse; the second one is my back yard; third one is a lake in the Central Interior.
