David Ruffin blocked from sale on Discogs

I saw where the HipOSelect CD The Great David Ruffin Motown Solo Albums, Vol. 1 is blocked from sale on www.discogs.com. It is not permitted to sell in the marketplace.

Does anyone know WHY? It has not been a bootleg as far as I know.

If you look at the bottom of the page, it states something to do with copyright on the "message from Maria" track. Al Reed composition.
