    A 1967 version that I loved for first hearing -- still have the UK Island Recs 45 somewhere here ... of course, being a reggae tune the writer isn't credited, so it's likely a totally different song .. HA HA HA ,...

    I guess he wrote the song himself [[still no writers credit on the label), as he re-cut it himself 7 years later ...
