Scott Richardson of SRC

Most Detroiters would recognize the name. Scott was the lead singer of the Scott Richard Case, which evolved into SRC. In fact SRC would be the first band to record at the newly opened Tera Shirma Studio B. Producer John Rhys.

Scott has had a bit of bad luck lately and is recovering from surgery and unable to work. His FaceBook home page shows a Go Fund Me availability. Scott would appreciate the help. We wish Scott a quick recovery.

They were real local heroes back in the day. I remember thinking I must be really "in the know" because I knew that SRC stood for his initials! A great group. The only group that might've been cooler at the time was the Rationals! There's a great CD out on SRC, a double disc set which includes their first 3 albums...well worth checking out!
