I sure hope she wins. I love the album. And how cool would that be if she wins.

    Thumbs up

It’s likely to be either Diana or Buble. Here’s hoping she gets the sentimental vote.

My guess is if she was going to win for "Thank You", that she would have been informed so I will put my bet on Michael. I don't know but this is my guess on why she will not attend. Besides I think one of the Ross' daughters had already said that they would not be attending so I was not surprised. Congratulations to the girls for finally getting an award after 65 years but I still find it hard to believe that after twelve number one singles that you were never awarded.

All the buzz and enthusiasm surrounding the album nomination and Supremes achievement award has for me kind of evaporated.
It makes it even sadder that someone who did care passionately about the Supremes is no longer here to make it a real occasion for all us dedicated fans.

    Life goes on but

Everything that could have worked about the Supremes hasn’t since 1983

There were so many possibilities but none of them ever came to fruition - this is just the latest - a lifetime achievement award when Mary is dead and Diana doesn’t attend

They never inform winners before hand. Its just like the Oscars. The winning names are under lock and key until the show starts. Miss Ross didnt win. Michael Bubble did but wasnt present to accept it.

Rather sadly, it hardly seems to matter.

How very odd, I knew it was Michael before it was announced.

agreed I have never been a fan of the Grammys and what they represent especially during the 60's. However, I guess everything is trying to change.
