Motown Photo Shoots

Does anyone know which building on West Grand Boulevard was used for the various photo shoots of recording stars for all professional trade pictures was used? This was prior to Motown Center. I believe in Motown Center that one area of one floor was used. I do not recall this ever being discussed.
