Recently got hip to the Intruders cover of Marvin Gaye’s “Jan”, a song Marvin himself ever recorded during a live album. While it’s quite an enjoyable take, I can’t help but feel that Marvin missed a golden opportunity with this gem. I can easily picture Marvin producing the track on the Originals with Ty Hunter on lead, if not cutting a studio version for himself.
