    White Heat: The Proto-Switch

Scrolling through Instagram today, I was gobsmacked to learn about the group White Heat, which featured future Switch members Gregory Williams, Jody Sims and Bobby DeBarge. I don't recall any reference to them in the Switch Unsung episode [or the Bobby DeBarge train wre--I mean TV movie]. Apparently, they were signed by Barry White and cut an album for RCA in '75, which included this Stevie chestnut. Thoughts?

Very nice album. Thanks for bringing it up. I always noted Barry White and Bob Relf of Harlem Shuffle investing in it
