Regarding the differences between the two versions of Disc 4, these are my initial observations and I stand to be corrected by those who know more.
1. It would appear that four tracks appear on both discs [[according to the description on Discogs, namely:
Stevie Wonder – Purple Raindrops [[First time Stereo Mix)
Martha and the Vandellas – Third Finger, Left Hand [[Extended Stereo Mix)
Brenda Holloway – Just Look What You’ve Done [[Extended Stereo Mix)
Marvelettes – Forever [[First time Stereo Mix)
2. Of the remaining eight tracks, three of them have no added description to the title, so could these be the same versions previously available elsewhere?
Supremes – Let Me Go The Right Way
Chris Clark – Love’s Gone Bad
Four Tops – Since You’ve Been Gone.
Once I have had a chance to listen to them tomorrow and checked the timings, I might have a better idea if they are identical.
3. The remaining five tracks are:
Miracles – I’ve Been Good To You [[Extended Stereo Mix)
Marvin Gaye – Pretty Little Baby [[First time Stereo Mix)
Temptations – You’ll Lose A Precious Love [[Extended Stereo Mix)
Gladys Knight and the Pips – Steppin’ Closer To Your Heart [[First time Stereo Mix)
Andantes – [[Like A) Nightmare [[First time Stereo Mix)
The tracks by the Miracles, Temptations and the Andantes are available on YouTube, although I haven’t listened to them yet, but they each have the additional description included.
So, that only leaves Marvin Gaye and Gladys Knight missing from the alternative Disc 4.
