Did Motown ever sue for too similar label designs?

Did Motown ever sue for label designs too similar to their own?
If so, this should have been a candidate. I have never seen this label before; found it on a site dedicated to 45 labels.

I don't know if Motown ever sued Law-Ton Records for having a similar label design to their Gordy imprint. I think Motown only trademarked the various names of their labels and not their designs. According to Discogs, Law-ton only released seven singles with that design between 1971 & 1972 anyway.

Interesting question! I imagine they might have tried if Law-ton started having hits!!
