Yes, her longtime backup singer Fred White.

    Glad you enjoyed it reese!

I will say it strikes me odd to invite someone on stage to sing a song together that neither knows the words to , made all the more remarkable that the song's author doesn't know them .

But what I'm wondering moreso , is this the first time the two of them have sung together ? and if so what the heck took them so long??
and most importantly, how do they sound together?? [why didn't they duet on the LP?]

I wonder what the chances are this will appear on youtube....

I think she says “we need lyrics”. I think this video is great, forgotten lyrics and all. It was a special mother/daughter moment. Full of love and laughter.

Reese, there’s a review of the concert in Saturday’s Boston Globe.

Thanks for the info. Someone posted it on Facebook last night but I like having the physical paper, hence my daily delivery.

I have delivery of the daily Globe also. When I didn’t see a review in Friday’s paper I assumed it might be in Saturday’s paper. It never occurred to me to check the online edition. I hate reading the paper online.

I chose not to attend the concert despite having a couple of invites.
