He was an Australian pop star himself.

Moved to the UK on the advice of Brian Epstein.

Starred in US commercials during the 'Moving with Nancy' [[Sinatra) TV special.

And then starred again as a record producer/writer back in Australia with artists like 'Daddy Cool', 'Rick Springfield' and 'Australia's Diana Ross' Marcia Hines'.
