    RIP Sue Thompson

Just read on Wikipedia that Sue died back on September 23rd at the ripe old age of 96. She was of course noted for Norman, Paper Tiger, and other 1960s country/pop hits.

I would have thought she was a big enough name for her death to have been mentioned at least somewhere in the media, but if I had not checked on Wikipedia, I might never have known. If anyone does have a newspaper or magazine link, please share it.

Thanks for these. For others who may be interested, the last of those three links is the most informative. Won't it be wonderful if someone undertakes a box set? There are some minor compilations out there, but quite a few songs were never issued on CD.
