Motown Chartbuster vol 3 album cover

The album cover for the British release of Motown Chartbusters vol 3 released in 1969 is an iconic design with its silver foil background and black graphic lettering, so simple but so effective. It was included in a BBC4 rundown of classic album covers and was used for the US release [[albeit with a different track listing) in 1971.

Does anyone know who designed this album cover and were any other albums produced by the same designer.

From the top of my mind, a gentlemen called Bernie Yassin designed some of the Motown stuff, I think there should be some more of the information in the archives of this forum
