    Billy "Stix" Nicks

    Today, we had the honour of having some of "my kids" talk to Billy "Stix" Nicks who was a long time drummer for Jr. Walker and the All Stars. He has sent us photos and stories to go with them [[performing at the Apollo is my favorite) and talking to him is like reading a really good history book. He is the nicest man and always giggles as he speaks which makes kids listen. He is now 76 and still teaches kids music!
