    Remembering Mary Wells on her birthday

    Mary Esther Wells was born on May 13, 1943. I first heard her on the radio in early 1961 singing “Bye Bye Baby.” And so my love affair with Motown music began. Mary’s voice and talent were unique. Happy Birthday Mary!

    Love & miss Mary all the time. Now that I'm 70, its hard to believe that Mary was only 49 when she passed away.
