    A curious label IMO ..

A lot of the releases were reissues of the jazzier material from Motown's heyday .. EIVETS REDNOW, JAZZ CRUSADERS.

Some were re-releases of material from labels that Motown had aquired .. GROVER WASHINGTON JNR.

And some were brand new material.

I have the NORMAN CONNORS "Remember Who You Are" C.D. 530-202-2 which is on Booty's list but I can't see on the Discogs listing.

I've not played it in in over a decade [[ shall put that right shortly ) .. as I recall it is "quiet storm" type material.

The tracks were all new when they were released in 1993, and amongst the guest vocalists are PHYLIS HYMAN [[ as listed by Booty, she is on the title track ) and ANGELA BOFILL.

As PHYLIS HYMAN recorded for Philadelphia International for a while I wonder if she can be added to the list of people who recorded both for Motown and P.I.R.

I have all the Mojazz CDs in the Polygram list apart from the ones shown as un-issued and also 530-315-2 Grover Washington, Jr. - A Secret Place [[31453-0315-2).

I don't believe I've seen it advertised for sale - so does anyone have this CD and can we confirm that it was either issued or withdrawn please? I know it has been issued by Motown with different catalogue numbers but I'm specifically interested in a Polygram release.

    Thanks.
