    Dionne said they finally had to write it out on a card [[DEE-ON) so that he would pronounce it correctly.

    LOL! Reminds me of Elaine Stritch's story of him pronouncing her name "Eileen Strick." Stritch's mother shut off the TV and yelled, "I'll watch when he gets her name right!!!"

    It's a wonderful performance; Dy-on looks and sounds gorgeous. I wonder if this was the first of her ever-expanding hits medleys?

    Maybe the first on tv. I read that she did a hits medley during her 1967 Fairmont Hotel engagement.

    Darlene Love wrote that Dionne had so many good songs that she put them in a medley "as long as a mountain trail."
