    Gotta See Jane question

Does anybody know how many mixes of Gotta See Jane there are please? I ask as the version that is on the UK Spectrum Release "Essential Collection" sounds like a mono mix with a harpsichord added to the right channel. The other conventional stereo version has RDT's voice panned fully left in the intro.

    Thanks.

Six, by the look of it: at least three have been released. But I'm not sure where!

Here's the two versions I know of:

Stereo version with intro vocals to the left - Motown Chartbusters Vol. 2
Mono-like version with harpsichord on the right - Essential Collection

I have to admit to several of the mixes on the Essential not being 'up to par' and this was caused by the album being released before I heard the music [[something that happened and was beyond my control back then). If Dean is still with us on SDF he maybe able to pop in and tell use which were the bad mixes that were used by mistake.
