Willie Hutch Recent CD Reissues

Has anyone had a problem with the "Ode To My Lady" CD? I ordered mine from HMV along with the other 2 titles reissued. Both "Fully Exposed" and "Mark Of The Beast" are fine, however neither my computer of CD player could read "Ody To My Lady". I have returned it and am awaiting a replacement, however tonight I was browsing Amazon.co.uk and a notice on their sites says that they have withdrawn this from sale following complaints from customers that it "is not as advertised"!

Mine plays OK. In fact, I have played it 3 times since I got it Monday. Fully Exposed plays fine too. Mark of The Beast was sold out damn it. Now, if we can get Concert In Blues and Color Her Sunshine on CD??? Paulo xxxx

My copy plays fine on my laptop, as well as my CD player. I play it all the time. Hopefully, the remaining three Motown albums by Willie Hutch will get a CD release. My favorite is "Concert In Blues".

I am now awaiting my replacement copy from HMV. They sent me another copy of "Mark Of The Beast" as a replacement! Had to send that back as well. Seems I sent "Ode To My Lady" back in the wrong box [[HMV sent each title individually packaged) and they scanned the barcode for the exchange. Anyway, After sorting that out I have recieved confirmation that the correct CD is on its way.

It is frustrating in that this is my first order with HMV as I normally use Amazon. However, the price was better with HMV plus there is free postage. As a plus their communication has been first class, so if they're better priced on future releases I'll still use them again.

booty, I bought mine in store. Im old fashioned. I like to look at the article before I buy it. Unless, of course, I can only get it on line. But then, I love record stores and book stores, I could spend hours browsing, and I do. Much to the chagrin of my better half. HOWEVER, put me in a clothing store, and im in and out quicker than an a avlalanche! I HATE iy. Now, online no problem..Paulo xxx
