    its one of my fav 4 Tops records...that low end bass just kills me! it may t be my 2nd fav behind BERNADETTE....

    They were such great vocalists, I would have loved to hear them sing this acapella just once.

    Just as I did in a Facebook group, I will confess that although I consider myself a big Four Tops fan, I never realized it was Obie who was sharing the lead on this particular song. I always thought it was Lawrence. Did Obie also sing other substantial leads on any other Tops recordings [[besides the occasional chiming in with a short phrase)?
