    Thans for sharing

Never heard this before , very nice, good to wake up to something new. Who wrote this, sounds like a Broadway song?

LEE ADAMS & CHARLES STROUSE. The two who did the theme to ALL IN THE FAMILY.

Once Upon A Time [[Lee Adams-Charles Strouse)

    [from musical "All American"]

Four Tops; recorded Hitsville, completed 14-Jul-66 ; produced by Brian Holland, Lamont Dozier

    Sep-68; LP [[M): Motown M669 Yesterday's Dreams
    Sep-68; LP [[S): Motown S669 Yesterday's Dreams
    05-Nov-01; CD [[S): Motown 013 361 2 Yesterday's Dreams / Soul Spin [UK]
The song definitely could have made the ON BROADWAY album.

I love this track by the Four Tops.
It was a song from a musical, and there a number of versions ....check out Youtube...some nice verions too.

I'm surprised to see that it was produced by HDH and dates from 1966. I'd always assumed it was after they had left Motown.

    Brilliant track....well posted MS
