Bill Randle was a highly respected soul music authority who carried out a large number of indepth interviews with legendary artists, producers and composers for Motown and other soul labels. Sadly Bill passed away in 2020, and although his close friend Mickey Nold kept those interviews on line, one by one they are dropping offline, possibly lost forever. Don't miss the opportunity to listen to the remaining historic interviews with the likes of Martha Reeves, Ivy Jo Hunter, Johnny Bristol Louvain Demps of the Andantes, Marv Johnson, Gladys Horton etc etc.

Thank you MikeW! I noticed his page also links to his page on MixCloud, which also has many of the interviews on there. It seems I am unable to access the one he did with Kim Weston on either site. I wonder if it got blocked due to some sort of copyright complaint?

I'm sorry to read that he passed away. That's been one of my fears with much of the rare videos and performances on YouTube. Many were uploaded by older fans and collectors. All it takes is for a record company to come around and make a copyright complaint, and then the video gets blocked or taken down. I'm worried that some of these videos may not end up being re-uploaded again, especially if the original uploader is no longer with us. Wish there was a way for me to save everything, all at once, with a single click of a button lol.

I cannot get the Kim Weston interview to play even using vpn through various countries.

I am thinking this may have been the case with the Kim Weston interview, since I noticed many of his interviews feature the artist's songs throughout.
