    There would have been stability if Jean stayed and perhaps the revolving door wouldn’t have started

    But a lot more had to change; when the hits stopped, the money stopped and everything was done on the cheap and the management was poor and they lost the Motown backing when the infighting started and Pedro managed

    Well yeah, she could have sung them. I just don't think they fit her.

    I agree that they have a similar style, but I wouldn't say they sound anything alike.
